## Troubleshooting

- Verify the id came from a previous response on this brand’s credential.
- An id belonging to another brand answers 404 exactly like one that does not exist, so a valid-looking id may simply not be yours.
- Check the key’s scopes; a resolved key may still lack the scope this route needs.
