**HTTP status:** `403`.

Reads and deletion of your data remain available. Existing data is preserved, but requests that change a chat are rejected and webhook events are not delivered.

## Troubleshooting

- An unpublished number doesn’t appear in `GET /v3/phone_numbers`; once it’s published it shows up there and this error stops
- Read operations are unaffected; only writes on the unpublished line return this error
- If you believe the number should already be published, contact support with the `trace_id` from the error response
