**HTTP status:** `400`.

The body could not be parsed as a single UTF-8 JSON value: malformed JSON, invalid UTF-8, a trailing second value, or a byte count past the route’s cap. Fix the encoding and resend.

## Troubleshooting

- Validate the body with a JSON linter and confirm it is a single object with no trailing bytes.
- For POST /v1/media the raw bytes are the body; do not wrap them in JSON.
