**HTTP status:** `422`. May also be reported as a field-level finding in `error.details[]`.

status must be one of the documented endpoint states and the transition must be allowed from the current one. Note that disabling is a cutoff, not a pause.

## Troubleshooting

- Read the endpoint with GET /v1/webhook\_endpoints/{endpoint} and choose a documented status.
