No attachment with this id is available to this account; one belonging to another account answers identically, and one already pruned no longer resolves.

## Troubleshooting

- Take attachment ids from the message or event that delivered them, in the same livemode.
- Download promptly: retained bytes are pruned on the documented retention schedule.
