2026: Recipient is blocked

The send was rejected because every recipient is on your blocklist. This is an HTTP 403 error. Group sends that still include at least one unblocked member are not restricted.

• List your blocked handles via GET /v3/blocked_handles and unblock the recipient with DELETE /v3/blocked_handles to send to them again
• Inbound messages from a blocked handle are dropped and produce no webhooks, so a blocked handle also explains missing inbound traffic
