2003: Attachment not found

HTTP status: 404.

The requested attachment does not exist or is no longer available. This is an HTTP 404 error indicating the attachment ID you provided could not be resolved.

• Verify the attachment ID is correct and was created under your partner account — an attachment belonging to another account also returns this error
• Attachments on the ephemeral tier are removed on a storage backstop within roughly 24–48 hours of upload, after which their IDs no longer resolve
• Presigned upload and download URLs expire, so ensure uploads complete before the URL expires
