The webhook URL is not acceptable.
HTTP status: 422. May also be reported as a field-level finding in error.details[].
The URL must be an absolute https URL to a publicly reachable host; cleartext, private, loopback or link-local destinations are refused.

Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Inspect details[].param (/url) and supply an https URL on a public host.
