2033: Last active secret.
The endpoint's last active signing secret cannot be retired.
HTTP status: 409.
An endpoint must keep at least one active secret while it is enabled, so retiring this one is refused.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Add a new secret with POST /v1/webhook_endpoints/{endpoint}/secrets first, then retire the old one.
