The reaction target belongs to a different chat.
HTTP status: 422.
The reaction part’s message_id names a message in another conversation than the one this send addresses. Nothing was sent.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Use a message id from the same chat, or address the send to the chat the message belongs to.
