The key's environment holds no number that can send.
HTTP status: 422.
This key was issued into an environment, and a key only ever sends from numbers currently in its own environment. None of the account’s registered sending numbers is in this one, so nothing was sent and nothing was stored. Unlike no_sending_number, this is yours to act on.
