2057: Webhook account not connected.
The account has no connected messaging account, so a webhook endpoint cannot be registered or enabled yet.
HTTP status: 409.
A live webhook endpoint delivers events for the account’s connected messaging account, and this account has none yet, either because connecting it has not finished or because it was disconnected. Registering an endpoint, or any update that would leave a live endpoint enabled (including enabling a disabled one), is refused until one is connected. Nothing was created or changed, and no endpoint or signing secret was registered.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Finish connecting the account’s messaging account, then repeat the request.
- If the account’s messaging account is connected and this persists, contact support with the request_id.
