The template channel dependency did not answer.
HTTP status: 503.
The template could not be submitted or read because the channel did not respond. Nothing was submitted.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Retry the same request with bounded backoff; nothing was recorded.
- If it persists, contact support and quote the request_id.
